submitted papers on oct 8

hi guys..

my wife mailed the papers to misssauga on oct 8.

what is the response expected. Cuz she says she supposed to get a file number or somethn in a week or so. But according to wat i've read in the forums, i understand that file number is sent only after approval of sponsorship in a month or so..

can someone kindly clarify...thanks alot for ur help in advance..

You are correct.  You have to wait a month or so for sponsor approval then letter will come then file snt to local CIC then wait..... wait..... wait....for PR.
