Submitted my application to CIO within 120 days, what is next ??

Dears,

I filed my case in May 2010 under the following NOC 0213, 2281
I got my initial approval (via email) on 12 October 2010, I had 120 days to send the CIO London office all my documents, so finally I just did yesterday...I am from Pakistan residing in KSA.

I would like to know

1. At what time will I get an acknowledgement (next steps email) that they have received my file, (they have received it since I saw it on FedEx tracker)
2. I was not able to send them the PC's from both the countries I was living in (Pakistan, KSA), how and when will they ask for them ?
3. What are the next steps now..

1. At what time will I get an acknowledgement (next steps email) that they have received my file, (they have received it since I saw it on FedEx tracker) (the ack takes anywhere between 24 weeks from the date your app reached London VO)
2. I was not able to send them the PC's from both the countries I was living in (Pakistan, KSA), how and when will they ask for them ? (these should be submitted within your complete app. you must send these to London VO immediately before they make an objection or mark your app incomplete. do enclose a cover letter with your file number and reasons for not sending PCCs before)
3. What are the next steps now.. a) AOR b) Medical request. c) PPR. d) Visa issuance....
