Can any senior members suggest, is it better to apply a fresh application at this time or wait for the new rules/priority list yet to be announced

New applications are already going in under the new rules so you can not get in under the old rules by applying now.  If it were me, I would wait for the new rules.  You can apply now and if you find that the new rules are not good for you, withdraw your application, get money back and apply again by some other means.

i think you shuld wait for new rules to come bcuz this process would b rather faster once it impelements ... u shud not waste your time and money by applying now wait if you can...
wat if your occupations does not match and cic keeps your application for future consideration ... and you wont b able to get the refund ...so wait n c
