submission the forms to Embassy after CIO approval

Hello guys
I have a question about this point
The FSW instructions say:
"For your personal records, you should retain copies of all forms. Each copy must have an original signature. You will be requested to submit a signed copy of these forms if the application is recommended for further assessment to a Canadian Visa Office. Should there be any changes made to the information on the forms, a letter of explanation should accompany the submission to the Visa Office."
Does that mean, I must submit copies of the same forms which I sent to CIO with original signature and old date (The date I sent them to CIO) and if any changes made, that to be cleared through a letter of explanation?
OR I have to put the current date when submission to the embassy and so I may have to update the information in the forms (Personal history schedule 1, Experince period schedule 3 etc...) to have the forms up tp date with a letter of explanation about what I updated in the forms?
Please help me because I'm confused about this point.
Thanks you all

Well , my opinion is that if u sending copies then they want you to send the signed ones, if you are filling the forms again ensure that you retain the same information , if there are any changes please accompany a letter for it.
There is no hard rule that if you dont send signed copies it will lead to rejection.
This is just to ensure that information is consistent.
Hope it helps.
Thanks,

both your options would be ok. just make sure you photocopy your application before signing it.
if you're filling up new applicaions to retain the same information and
make a letter of explaination for major changes in your application, like new job, errors in dates, place you stayed etc.
