Hi All
right now I am in USA, Do I need to submit my full application to Buffallo only or
Can I submit in India also
seems New Delhi quite faster than Buffallo

you can do it both ways i guess...
But doing in current country of residence is good (buffalo is faster compared to others - 14months window)

But in the forum many people are saying that now a days New Delhi is faster than Buffallo for FSW

depends on you, franky... Buffalo is slower these days compared to India... But, if you think, you'll be in USA for quite some time, do it there as the communication will be much faster...
