need professional advice for the follows:

the fact:
work permission as a live-in caregiver but work as a cashier in one store, she was caught by CIC and CBSA officer in the store due to someone reported, the hearing will be coming soon and will be asked to leave canada due to subject to exclusion order.

questions:
any chance to keep staying in canada? based on compassionate ground or any other excuse?
is it a must to hire a lawyer? what kind of lawyer? immigration lawyer?
how much normally? I guess expensive, the key is any chance to stay?

thanks all.

1.  Very little chance of remaining in Canada, she broke the law, she got caught, she will probably have to leave.
2.  She would need an Immigration lawyer if she intends to fight the allegation, and yes it will be expensive.  She should probably talk to an Immigration lawyer to see what her options are.  The initial consultation would not be very expensive, contact the local law society.
