I read somewhere that one of the restrictions on a TWP is that the holder "must not attend any educational Institution or take any academic , professional or vocational training course."
I will be working on a TWP in Montreal; what if I just want to take a French language course for my Quebec PR application under the Quebec Experience Class - does this restriction still apply in my case?

You can study but it should not exceed 6months. The French language course is one of the required documents for the application and does not exceed 6months for one level.....
does this restriction still apply in my case? NO!
