Hello

I have PR Application on process where as I would like to study in Canada. last year I applied and refused by visa office, still I have intention to apply for study permit

I would like to know is there a rule which make it to refuse?

Is it possible to process two application at the same time PR and study permit?

Is there any impact on PR if study permit is applied?

Thank you for your valuable reply information.

while there is no problem with dual intent, your study permit will most probably be refused again.

once you declare that your PR application is in process, you are proving that you dont have an intention to return. That provides enough grounds for refusing your study permit.

I agree with you. it seems legaly right, there is no ground to prove to return back after study. I will accept what you said , I will not apply again, it is clear that it will be refused.

thanks

Why were you refused student visa in the first place? If you share may be people can discuss how to overcome that refusal.
Which visa office did you apply?
