I have applied for PR in buffalo and my status in canada as an int'l student is still pending at etocbicoke local office. My application for study permit was refused twice, at last the thrid time it was transferred to local office. I would like to know whether this prob will affect my immigration process or not. And how long does the local office take to finalize the study permit procees?
