Study permit question as well, also URGENT please

If I am applying for my study permit extension, I started the application more than a month before my study permit expires, i had to reapply and send them some more documents, am i allowed to enter canada while still waiting for a reply from them. I enter on september 4th and my study permit expires on september 15th. Please answer soon.
