Study permit application

Hi,

My name is Andy and I'm the head of Marketing of a career college in Canada, Toronto. We are planning to recruit students from Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, and from rest of the world for different programms in our college. I wanted to know if anyone knows what documents should the students present along with the application from countries like argentina, brazil, Ven, Mexico. what are the study permit fees and how long does it take for the application to be processed from these countries. If anyone has any information regarding a website which gives info on these kina stuff please post it (except cic.gc.ca)
