You may have a difficult time because your level of English must be excellent in order to attend any University in Canada.  You will have to have very good IELTS scores in English and a good understanding of French to attend a French University in Quebec.  While there are specific Universities in Quebec that have full programs in French you must still have a solid understanding of English and French before you can be accepted.

There are four French universities in Québec: Université Laval; Université de Montréal, which has two affiliated schools, namely, the école Polytechnique de Montréal and école des Hautes études Commerciales de Montréal (HEC-Montréal); Université de Sherbrooke; and Université du Québec, which has nine branches. There are also three English universities: McGill University, Concordia University and Bishop's University.  Each one will have different entry requirements you need to take a look at each one and decide from there.
