Could you please answer a few questions about applying for student
permit while my PR application is in progress.

-As I would be honest on my Student Application, would my student permit be
denied because I have a PR application in progress.
-How could I prove my "intention to return after my graduation", when
its obvious that I do intend to migrate.
-Can I withdraw my PR application filed in New Delhi office and
re-submit my application in Buffalo as a temporary resident [student]
in Canada.
-As a Masters student of University of Manitoba I am permitted to
apply under the "provincial nominee program", Should I transfer my
file from New Delhi office or withdraw from New Delhi and reapply
through the PNP?

By obtaining a Canadian degree I would have better opportunity as an
Immigrant. Therefore,  my intentions are clear which is to build a
life and career in Canada. My biggest concern is whether my student
application be denied because of my PR application.

If the two has no bearing on each other, then I would prefer to apply
in Buffalo as a temporary resident or PNP as the processing times are
only 2 years.

Please do answer my queries.
