i have applied for pg diploma course(Computer Systems Technology – Networking (Co-op)) of 2 years  at centennial collage...and got the conditional offer letter...
now.....i have to apply for jan visa....and am ready with funding documents(bank loan)...
could you plz let me know wat all r the basic things i must follow so tht my visa not gets rejected...

i ill be returning back after my studies..i dont have any family over there.....i am a btech grad with
 59.9% in Electronics and communication enggineering...  my ielts score is 6.5 band)

What is the condition of admission?
Be prepared to answer that u meet/will meet this condition.
Bank loan may raise a red flag. They may ask how r u gonna return bank loan without working in Canada?
Show as much ties with homeland as you can, money, business, land, family.
Prove that ur program is related to ur past education and work experience and is gonna improve ur status.
