Hey guys I'm in a bit strange of a situation. I was originally Russian (still have my Russian citizenship) residing in United States. I have completed high school here as well as 2nd semester of college. I was brought to the states by my mother when I was 11. However I am not really sure what status I have here (my mother has just received her green card). I applied and got accepted to Carleton U to do biomedical engineering. When asked about returning home should I be saying back to America or Russia? Thanks!

1.  First things first, you have to determine your status in the US.
