Student Visa From Dubai

Hi there,

I am a international student.. from dubai and i have got admission in canada.. i have had a visitor visa of canada.. but now it has expired..  i was refused the visitor visa previously.. once but that was due to my fault.. because.. i did not type in some address properly.. i have shown more than 100,000 CAD funds and have got into the leading college's there.. in canada..

I was refused a visa but issued the very next again when i went to them up with a letter..  i have a 10 year vaild usa visa.. and have traveled to usa canada and uk previously..

The thing is now its almost a month i have submitted my visa application via agent.. the thing is i did the entire paper work on my own.. and just thought that why not submit my application via a agent just a safe step... the embassy i did it in is Abu Dhabi(Dubai)

I wanted to ask how long will it take.. for my visa to get approved... any idea...

MY deadline date is 28th august to have a visa in my hand.. otherwise i will be deffered to jan semster.. now any idea how long will it take?

Oh did they call you for medicals ??? Yet am in the same situation dar my start date has elasped ?? 27- July so what you can do is write them an email ??

They Dont ask for medical of UAE students check up their site:) they did not reply my agent back.. my date apparently it takes 6-8 weeks for the visa but they have certain countries mentioned where it takes such amount of time...

I dont know what is taking them this long..
