i want to study in canada,i have masters in education,is it possible? i am living in pakistan.

yes sure but you have to be accepted in a Canadian university in your speciality. Try to search Canadian universities for your speciality, apply there, they will send acceptance letter if accepted. Then you apply for student visa. The whole is here www.cic.gc.ca then choose to study.

Please check Memorial university of Newfoundland Labrador ,it is the cheapest hence one of the good universities in canada.Thanks

Canada has some of the best Universities and Colleges in the world. You have many choices, some of which would be happy to provide guidance for you.
