Student Visa Expired!! Will canada give me greencard if I overstay in th US??

Hello guys I need you to tell me if Canada will give me a greencard if I overstayed in the US!
My medicals were sent on mid April and I am currently waiting for my passport request.
Hopefully I will get my passport request next month but my student visa will expire in 2 weeks.
Will Canada give me a greencard if I am illegal in the US?

It expired last year then I had to take some classes just to stay legal and wait on my canadian paperwork...Now its almost here but it will take at least another month...

As long as U have valid I-20 U don't have to worry about ur Visa expiration coz a Valid I-20 will be

considered ur legal student status in the USA but don't be out of status coz u don't wanna take the

chances & risk ur Permanent Residency Procedure.

I forgot to clarify.. My visa expired a long time ago.. But my I-20 is valid.. I don't want to take classes this fall so the I-20 won't be valid anymore... Would Canada still give me a green card??
