I need help regarding immigration matter; my spouse is permanent residence of Canada

And he is a student of high school, my question if se sponsor me without doing a job I mean as student, is it cause of delay the case processing, because I have herd that if sponsor show himself as student he/she doesn't need to pay the tax for immigration propose, furthermore I am not entitle to receive any financial support for my spouse?

Your spouse can sponsor you regardless of being a student.  You don't need to prove income to sponsor a spouse.  He is still responsible for you financially so if you go on social assistance within 3 years of becoming PR, he will get the bill to pay it back.
