Hi im planning to sell my house so that i can have enough money to use for my studies and cost of living in canada.
is there any chances that my visa will be refused if the money that im gonna use to study in canada came from the money that i have earned from selling my house?
Thanks!

Don't do it, It will be better if you mortgage it to get a study loan , but if you sell your house you will show the vo that you only motivation is to settle there.

"Refugee and Immigration Laws of 2012 Feb said that neither brother and uncle were allowed to sponsor if they were married. This law was applicable in the year 2011.

If ur uncle or brother is unmarried then he can sponsor u.
The best option to u is borrowing loan by ur brother and uncle. There is no any condition of marriage of ur bro and uncle in this condition. This will be act same as ur bro and uncle sponsor u but only the words on affidavit will change and as well u have to attach payment schedule of ur loan back to ur bro and uncle either in installment or lump sum bases for 5 years periods.

It is the best if ur father sponsor u. In this case u dont required any types of affidavit but the source of income of ur  father. It may be ur father job or business.

Students are apply under the act of Immigration. We are not applying for immigration but we will travel to Canada for study purpose. I mean to say "Immigration and refugee Act cover all either we travel for visiting, studying or getting immigration. If we travel to Canada we will count under IMMIGRATION AND REFUGEE ACT.
More, U can go for CIC and check immigration laws there. U will find two or three line about students sponsor under Immigration and Refugee column.

Hi,

You are sure that if the sponsor is father, the there is no need of sponsorship declaration affidavit. But, I know, that is needed.

Thanks.

HI,
YES Affidavit of sponsorship letter is required if father is sponsoring.
To verify that he will support your funding while you are in canada

Ur parents already bear ur expense in ur home country. CHC know that u r dependent because u r student and being sponsored by ur father that is proof by ur bank statement and family registration certificate. It is optional if u attach father sponsorship declaration documents.

my father is retired but he have some saving enough to support my studies and cost of living there.
but the problem is he is not putting his money on the bank he is just putting it in the cabinet inside his room.
what kind of proof will my father show. right now he doesnt have any business and like i said he is retired.

and my brother in the usa wants to give me some money/cash to help me support my studies.
do i need to prove that those money came from my brother? and if yes what kind of proof do i need to show?

i have worked for some cash jobs in the past years. related to Computer Science i have earned a little. but i dont have any tax document or receipts since i worked for cash jobs. will they question me for that?

sorry for a lot of question bro.
but im confused

thanks!
