Can any one help me with this please..... Can a student in canada sponser her/his spouse as dependant?????

If it's a Canadian student who married a foreign person and wants to sponsor them to come to Canada, they can because lack of income will not affect spousal sponsorship.

If it's a foreign student, it's not called sponsorship but they can apply for an open work permit for the spouse so they can be together in Canada.
