Student and FSW Qualified !!

Hi All,

Please advise for my case for immigration, details given below;

I am international student in Calgary,Canada enrolling in petroleum engineering program full time studying for two years long. I finished the first semester now. In the same time I am qualified to apply for PR under FSW NOC 8222.

1-Can i apply for PR now ? and if yes i can ,Does my studying will give me some points even if i don't finish yet ?

2-If i will apply for PR under FSW now but my points below 67 points by 4 or 5 points ,is it possible give me any exemption because i am study here ? and my NOC required here .

3-If none of above situation doesn't work with me ...what is the best  scenario i have to follow to get PR as soon as possible ?


Experts / Professionals / Friends....  Please help urgently.

1-Can i apply for PR now ? and if yes i can ,Does my studying will give me some points even if i don't finish yet ? one of the most important factor is your occupation which should be in the NOC list and you have worked at least for 1 year in past 10 years, for studies.. you only get points for the number of years you have studied full time and completed the degree or diploma

2-If i will apply for PR under FSW now but my points below 67 points by 4 or 5 points ,is it possible give me any exemption because i am study here ? and my NOC required here . it must be 67 can be more but not even 1 less..

3-If none of above situation doesn't work with me ...what is the best  scenario i have to follow to get PR as soon as possible ? you should go for FSW2
