stuck with FBI fingerprinting

I received a letter from FBI with No arrest record for my wife
Also, they sent a non readable fingerprint letter wityh non names on it
I assume that mine are not readable since we sent them together
this is after sending them fingerprints 3 times
Dont know what this means? Any ideas??
My full apllication is due on 29 OCt 2009
I had sent fingerprints to FBI 3 times and tmine got rejected all the time
My wife is principal applicant
I will file application without FBI clearance, incase it goes above the 120 day period
now preparing to send brand new fingerprints with fees
If I file after FBi report it would be right at endpoint
Please advice if anyone has any idea about the unnamed letter from FBI?
also,should I go ahead and submit a new fingerprint with fees or should I wait?

i am also stuck with FBI PCC though in my case it's bit different, i am yet to receive any response from them, it's now one month since my request reached them and they yet don't have me in their system.

i wanted to know if you have to send your full appn to CHC without FBI PCC, do CHC accepts it or not?

Where did u take ure fingerprints from ? Did u finally get the FBI clearance ?
I am worried as I havent heard from FBI on my case yet !

   @    anushauc, sorry I could not visit this forum for quite some time,
from your signature it seems that you have received FBI Certificate, though for your info I have myself taken fingerprints in FBI card and it worked, i did this after my local Police Station denied me of these service!

In my case also FBI took some 12 weeks, read my expericne on follwoing link,

I c u r also NOC code 0111 . Where do u intend to settle in Canada ?

infect my uncles have moved to Canada some 10 yrs back and they are now settled in Ontario, here is where I have planned. Also, we don't have much of jobs in Canada except major cities like Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal. 
For jobs, actually I have not yet checked that aspect, bcoz if I am getting PR I will have to wait for some 5-6 months before actually moving to Canada!
Do you have any leads?

I am in banking .. I have some contacts  @  Citi in Totonto and BOA in Ottawa .. My aunt n uncle who r in the same field live in Toronto ...
I also have a friend who works with a consultancy which offers ppl temp jobs ( worst case scenario)
But I have heard that it is a lil tough if u dont have Canadian exp ...
I hope to move in June or July max , if everything goes well ... Lets c
