hope you can see this thread. I already sent a private message to you. I noticed that your husband asked Seattle office to change his email address. I want to the same thing, because buffalo office made a mistake on my email address. Although I tried to contacted them, they haven't done it for the past 2 months. I was wondering if you can tell me the proper way to do this. Please check your PM for details. Thanks Smiley
