Can anyone tell me how important is it to send the paystubb? I've send all the documents except the paystubb

what I think..... is that if you sent recent letters of employment you probably won't need a recent paystub, however in my case I decided to send the paystub because I sent a letter made by my company more than 6 months ago.
If you feel that you need to send it then just fax it, and do not forget to send your employee file number along with it.

Actually i was confused that, do we need to provide only the US H1B experience or the past work experience in home country also.
