Hey Senior members,

I am about to send my documents for the 2nd part AINP Nomination. I just want to know if any photographs are required at this stage to be affixed to the copies of Cic forms?

Thank you

No photographs.

Yes, at second stage they do very very through checking. In fact it is good for us even if it is little longer. In fact in my case they pointed out a very minute thing to consider before submitting CIC. Now I am sure my application is six-sigma complete!!

Thanks guys!
Anyways, I have seen some FILLABLE FORMS similar to what they sent, in the cic and alberta immigration websites.

Is it OK if I will use those forms and send it to them? I mean, filling them up online, print them and send it to them. Got problems with my penmanship, that's why Smiley

To Senior Members:

On how to fill-up ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFO section of IMM 5406:

1. Do the family members pertain to the principal applicant?
   - like mother, father, brothers and sisters

2. Does the accompanying spouse need to fill-up a separate copy of it?

Please help. Thanks!

In your wife's copy, did she put her name on the APPLICANT section?

You have to fill two separate forms. One for you and another for your spouse (if applicable). In your form you list your family details and in your spouse forms she will list her family details.

You have to put your spouse's name in the applicant column when filling her family details

Thank you guys for the clarification.

I got another question.

I am an illegitimate child (meaning no father's name in the birth certificate), do I still have to mention the name of my father and his details on the forms? Or can i simply put N/A on it?

Thanks again.

What identity cards did you send? I'm thinking of sending my driver's license but it will expire on January 2009. Do you think its OK? or I need to send a copy of another identity card?

Bytheway, did you send your transcript of records too?

Thanks!
