I wrote my name in PRINCIPAL APPLICANT'S NAME because she wasn't the ppal applicant for the PNP process, however if wrong I don't think is going to be a big problem anyway Smiley. They might figure it out or.... worst case they'll ask me to amend the form Smiley....
I hope we hear from them soon!

Has someone heard anything back from PNP once application was filed?

I actually searched some of the forums regarding IMM 5406, this form is really confusing. I think you're right, they'll figure it out by themselves.

Hello Everyone,

Today only i heard about  H1B Strategic Recruitment Stream (H1B SRS)...

Can Anyone point out the advantages in this program than usual Canadian PR under Skilled Worker category?

Your replies would help me to take the decision on this.... Thanks in advance.
Thanks

Hi guys,

question on submitting the supporting documents.

1. I don't have a birth certificate. Is there any docuemnt can be provided in that case ?
2. Regarding experience certificate. It says we need to provide the following information: the specific period of your employment with the company
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent
in each position
• your main responsibilities in each position
• your total annual salary plus benefits
• the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the
company
• a business card of the person signing

I don't know whether my current employer would be able to provide these information. even my old exeperience certificate doesn't provide all the information.

So.. how to go about this ?

Hi seljem,
I would say that the advantages are: processing time (it is supposed to be faster than federal process), no english test needed and eligibility is not assessed on the six selection factors of the federal process. So even if you do not fall in the federal category you can still apply on this category.

Hi newceo
Where did you get the information for the supporting documents. Is it for AINP or federal process?
My question is because I checked instructions for AINP and there is nothing refering to birth certificate nor employment certification in the format you are refering to?
Among others the supporting documents should be
- copy of passport... pages for personal information, US visa...
- job description from current employer indicating job title, main duties, education and work experience necesssary to do the job...

Hi guys,

Sorry for the confusion. The supporting documents I am talking about is for the Federal process. This is not at all related to AINP program.

I don't see a need to use a lawyer unless you are busy or your situation is complicated.

I plan to mail my application today and it will get there on Thursday.

Hi ingegarcia,
I m interested in applying for AINP formely called PNP. Does a person need to have job offer in hand?
I have a valid H1 visa and I have been working in usa for about a year.
Do I qualify to apply this program.
Please provide your input as I will greatly appreciate.
And also did you apply online or regular mail or fax it.
It would be nice if you paste a link or direct me the address where I need to submit all the docments as mentioned. The list of documents are as under:
I 797
Employer experience letter mentioning education, duties performed and period of employment.
pay stub.
Please tell me if any other document is required to submit
Thank you.
