Right now looking at all the forums, it looks like people are receiving their certificates who sent their packets around 1st week of December . So January filers keep checking your mail boxes and keep getting disappointed.

I am planning on applying for a visitor visa to Canada and wondering if I need to say YES to the quesiton below.

Have you or any member of your family ever:
Applied for any Canadian Immigration visas
(e.g. Permanent Resident, Student, Worker, Temporary Resident (visitor), Temporary Resident Permit)?

I have applied for and have received my nomination from Alberta, BUT I have not sent my documents to the CIC. Do US citizens require visitor visa to visit Canada? Thanks.
