Strategic Recruitment Stream Alberta PNP Confuse QUESTIONS

Hi Guys HELP me OUT!!! PLEASE,
           I am done with Strategic Recruitment Stream Provincial Nominee Candidate U.S Visa Category Information Form and got invitation to apply to the AINP.

My question is: 

1. I am a PRINCIPAL APPLICANT and don't have Spouse and dependent Child. So, Do I just filled the IMM 0008 Generic, IMM 0008 Schedule 1 and IMM 0008 Schedule 4 ? ...as the rest doesn't apply to me.

2. Do I still need to enclosed these two  IMM 5406 and IMM 5476 with N/A on each blank spaces?

3. Which one is consider the ORIGINAL Application for Provincial Nomination (ABPNP 003), the one they send it to us OR the one that we download in on the internet in PDF file?

4. Which one is consider as the ORIGINAL Application for Federal Immigration forms ?

I really appreciate if you could answer these question.

The only form that should not provide is the 5476 if you are not to use a lawyer/representative, as for the other forms you should provide them all... if a field  does not apply put N/A...

The ORIGINAL Application for Provincial Nomination (ABPNP 003) is the one they sent us... the one you find on the internet is for the employee driven stream so I am not sure how different they are...

Once you fill up the CIC forms take a copy of them and mailed them along with the rest of the documents...
