dude the reason is that it is getting highly populated! and trust me LSBF program has very low tuition fees. if chc ends up accepting these applications than why wont most of the people apply to LSBF and cause student visa is the first step for future residency they don't want everyone to be getting it easily.

you can apply in good colleges and uni outside ontario and if you are interested in going to ontario then dont make toronto your destination or areas near it! try applying in a uni which is in a less populated area in ontario.

the reason of refusal is that LSBF and Stouffville is a private college and student studying there will not get work permit and pr in the future so its really hard for officer to decide that what the student is going to do there?
