Still waiting for the MEDICAL FORMS

Good day,

I was advised by CEM that they will send me the medical forms upon receipt of my son's latest passport pictures. The pics were sent a month ago. However, I have not yet received any medical forms. Does anybody have the same experience? How long does it normally take before your receive your MR? Can we follow it up with CEM?
