I will be sponsoring my soon the be husband when we get married next year, we will be doing the process while he is still living in the US....will be still be able to cross the border back and forth to see me as long as he proves he has ties to the US such as pay stub, bills etc??? He crosses every weekend now as we both live in border towns, just hoping that they will not deny him once the process has started....Thanks Kerri
