Hi All,

I have following queries.

1) Canada embassy has ask about original documents on sep-2008 and I have submitted my doc with self sign on Xerox. I want to know that if I have not submitted my original document they will refuse my file.

2) I read Canada information updates letter again which mention that the requested infromation must received within 90 days from the date of the letter. The letter is of 18th Sep 08, so 90 days are crossed long back and that time we hv sent xerox of experience and offer letter. Now the query is, can I send my originals for exp and offer letter now. And even if I send will they consider those. Again main applicant is my wife so do I need to send original of my exp letter also.

3) Can I ask about status to CHC?

Hi,

Better you ask the visa office online using ECAS "Case Specific Enquiry".  You may probably get their reply within two weeks.Good luck!!.

Now, here's a problem. Why on earth u decided to send xerox & not the originals, as asked by CHC? It is always good to do exactly, as the CHC asks. Else, ur file gets unduly delayed. Morover, the VO thinks that u r too casual and not much interested in ur imgr processing.

That's exactly why ur case is taking so long (as u have titled it 62 months...). Generally, for old cases it should be over by 3.5 - 4 yrs.

Anyway, use the 'case specific web form' on CIC website and write to them asap. It's for ur own good.

I sent my query in case specific query... I got autogenerate reply saying that we will not reply if your file in normal processing time.

I agree with qorax. We have to follow exactly what CIC is asking us to do. Please contact them and ask them.

Please do not waste more time.

Hi,

I got reply from CHC. They r saying my file in queued for review. they will ask if any further document is required once review is done.

Hi,

Anyone got responce of jun-2004 immigration file.

in my case its completed 75 months but still it is showing in progress at CHC office.
