Hi to all from newBie.
I am on H1B in the USA in Tulsa OK.
I get 1st AOR from CIO, everything perfect upto 1st AOR, I sent all Full documents within 7days after gettin 1st AOR by help of my cousin. we ready with everything all supported documents to send with full documents that time to speed-up my PR process, and my e-case also updated that Buffalo NY recieved my documents On-TIME.
my total points are also good : calculate on CIC website : points 76
but still I dont get any letter or update on my E-case. for example no 2nd AOR or "in-process" which generally people get in some weeks.
Please help me or guidliness accepted to support my moral, and what to do next step if I dont get 2nd AOR or if i dont get any communication from Buffalo NY then what to do? even my file also not transfered.....!!
I dont know why its slow...

When did you submit you full documents? You didn't share your timeline. Now a days people get their 2nd AOR within 2 months after submitting full documents. But your e-cas won't be change into "In process" so soon. It will take around 4 - 6 months after receiving 2nd AOR.

I already mentioned : Documents Sent: August 17th 2010.
but still e-case display nothing and even I dont get 2nd AOR or my documents not return from CHC.
what does it mean this process? I am in dark completely I dont understand anything....
my e-case was Buffalo Recived my docuements, but now since last 15days nothing on my e-case.
just it's first message back on my e-case that CIO elligibility review completed one....
please help me seniors. what is going on my e-case or my PR file.

We have almost the same timeline and the same visa office; therefore on your ECAS it says Received by visa office? If so, you will receive your second AOR pretty soon. But for the processing part we still have to wait....Buffalo is very slow compared with other visa offices.

" Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete " thats it.
I sent my full documents in August 2010... its almost 5months passed.... but no 2nd AOR or nothing update from CHC by email/mail.

Nobody will judge exact time frame during this stage.

Mine also same my full documents reached london visa office on 20th August. Only me e-case status changed " Received by visa office" 2 month before but no 2nd AOR.

First, I guess that your status on ECAS will change into Received by visa office; after that you'll receive the email with the second AOR, and next will go into processing. |

I understand that; that's why I wrote him that pretty soon his ECAS status will change into Received by visa office, then he will receive his second AOR with a different immigration file number from the one given by Nova Scotia, and hopefully if he will meet the necessary points, then his file will go into process. All of these take time, Buffalo is very slow. |

As I marked red font that means OP (mukund) got Buffalo recieved docs on E-cas, you will get 2nd AOR soon or may be you will listen from CHC is some docs missing or required by CHC. OMM |
