hi i have a friend who would like to migrate to canada from philippines. is consulting in the agency better?
what are the steps/application/forms she needs to apply??

Hello,

I am a newbie as well. On the requirement for non-accompanying family members declaration, I would like to enquire if I can put in an application for my daughter alone without my spouse.
