Steps after LMO

Hi all,

I am from India and recently I have received a job offer from a gaming company in PEI Canada. They have initiated the process for LMO approval and have given the file number to me. After I receive the LMO from them, I need to apply for a work permit from Canadian Embassy in India. It is mentioned in this site that if you have an Arranged employment then the financial requirement is waived off, so how different is the case if i have a work permit and not an arranged employment. I also need to know what can be the processing time for the work permit in this case if everything is in place and does it mean that Visa will also be stamped in the same process ?

I will be traveling to PEI Canada on 19th Jan 2009 on a business visa to see and evaluate the company and the place. The business visa is already stamped for 6 months, does that mean that it will expedite the process of work permit ? As i will be traveling, i cant give my passport along with the work permit application, so is my passport required or then can ask for the passport once all the other processes are over ?

I know i have asked too many questions but I have checked other threads and did not get the answers i am looking for. So if anyone have any information or advice then please share, it will be highly appreciated.
