Hi Pretty Mom,
I am no expert but this is what I digged up.
Employer needs the Application for Certificate of Acceptance (CAQ) for Temporary Work which the employer or worker may pay at CAD177 completed and signed.
Employer will send an Application for a Labour Market Opinion to HRSDC Service Canada and also send a copy of your completed CAQ with other documents to the Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC).
If Job Offer is accepted, they will send you 2 copies of your CAQ as well as a confirmation letter from Service Canada and the MICC that you will need to apply for a work permit.
You can see the steps and fees here:
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/temporary-workers/obtaining-authorizations/low-skilled-worker/steps-employer.htmlWith regards to your employer Cruz Sea Foods, googling it will give you their website. However, postal code G4K 9CK was not recognized by canadapost.ca because of the format (must be A8A
8A8). Phone number is also negative via yellowpages.ca.
Maybe you can call them personally to check or someone in this forum may know if they exist.
Goodluck.
