Medicals can be done in Abu Dhabi but the passports should be sent to ND.

I think SHIbuya is right but then how to send PP to India as Quorax said It is not possible to send PP to India and consulate wont permit?!!

 @  coolguy: you can do medicals anywhere, not necessarily in your country of residence.

 @  edmonta: the only way i can think of is- you authorize your spouse with the passports of all family members and ask him/her to stay in india till stamping visa. then spouse can carry your passports back to uae.also you may have to specify the address in india where you want it mailed because your application address may be of uae-(this you can mention once they ask for ppr). but you and your kids will have to stay without passport maybe for 2-3 months in uae.
my suggesstion, check out if this is feasible.

i am getting a job in kuwait. i have applied my application . my vo is ND.. reading all your thread makes me confused and tensed abt PP. anyone u have already went through and got their visa by sending your pp to VO without travelling out of middle east
