Hey all,

Was just wondering if this is possible. . .

Me and my spouse( US green card holder) were thinking if it is possible to wait here in Canada while the application is in progress.
We know that she can only stay here legally for about 6 months ...

my question is: Would they notify my spouse via email and/or through regular mail (which would be addressed in the US) once the Visa Office requests her passport ?

Hi,
My understanding from the discussions is that the visa office may send a request by regular post or possible they send an e mail also to submit passport.
