Hello Everyone!
My question is that one of my friend got immigration and he came to Canada only once on landing paper and then left Canada to home country and couldn't return back due to his family reasons (almost 6 years).
My question is that what should he do to return to Canada. Do My friend can apply for a travel document to re-instate his immigration or if his immigration is totally cancelled.
Is there any easy way to come to Canada soon.
Please give your opinion.

Thanks

He would not be given entry since he did not meet the minimum residency requirement of 2/5 years. He can apply afresh for Canadian Immigration.

He has to reapply for PR since he has not fulfilled the PR obligation of 2years on ground in Canada within 5years.
