Hi everyone! just a quick query:

We're going through the whole common-law sponsorship thing and I think we have a very strong application. However, I'm not sure what to do about the letters from family and friends corroborating our relationship - we've got LOTS, but should these just be letters from the individual (notarized, and translated where applicable of course), or do they actually need to be written or stated in front of some kind of official and/or written on a specific form? (I do have the list of info to include in these letters, just not sure how they should be done)

Thanks once again - if it wasn't for this forum, I don't even think we'd bother trying to come to Canada, ever; the procedure is just so ridiculous! Hats off to all of you!

I wish I knew about this forum before I applied . It was quite stressfull to say the least. Any questions I had I directed to the local visa office in Sydney , Australia . We put through 5 notarized documents stating the validity of the relationship. No form required , just needs to be signed and witnessed by either a lawyer or notary public.
