We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on XXXX, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on XXXX, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.


What does the last line mean kindly explain is it normal ?

this is normal even my application status has the same thing.

it's normal.. read OP120 and you'll understand... they transfer e-files to local HC from NS on a particular day. this date would be within a week or 2 of your 120 day letter...

Any idea when can I expect the status change from Received by Visa Office to In Process. Any idea (As per this forum). And if it changes it to In Process, does it mean that I am eligible and they will then do the employment and security checks ?

first u will have to file full app with CHC-ND and then they will review ur app. only after that it will change to In Process.

I have already filed my full application with CHC ND that is why my status is Received by Visa office. My question was within how much time it changes from Received by Visa office to In Process, any idea.

Hi,

I will definitely keep everyone posted. What I believe that my processing should have stated on 17th August 2009 since they have sent me letters dates 17th August & 19th August 09 so I think they have started processing it and once they complete the eligibility review they will change it to In Process. I have read it on this forum only they the start the processing once they open the packet and send the AOR. In my case I received the AOR on 22 Aug 09 and RPRF Receipt on 23rd August 09. I am expecting a positive change and change in this or coming week. Lets see.
