My husbands medicals were just received in Pretoria although we did it in march. Otherwise we have heard no news since June when we passed the sponsorship process. How do you request your CAIPS notes?

Hello Malawi I also just got the ‘Medicals Received'  on ecas two weeks ago. I didn't get AOR from Pretoria as well. no news since June when the file was transferred to Pretoria..

1)yes you can get it free through privacy act...not sure how that works
2)it will only cost you $5.00
3)your husband needs to sign the release form.
4)you cant e-mail..."must be mailed"

if u want to spend $40.00 YOU CAN DO IT FROM HOME ....your husband need to download and email the consent form...you'll get the caips notes with in 32 days.... www.caipsnotes.com but its very easy doing it ur self as well...$5.00 all u got to pay good luck

I have issues with this, that I'm hoping someone will be able to help with. 

The second .pdf simply is too large for me to print.  I filled it out, and then printed it off.  It seems to be cut off at the top, bottom and both sides.  This is frustrating.  Is there a place where I can make the form smaller?

The other thing - and I know that it's because I'm just not awake perhaps, is what do we write in under the IMM5475 if we have had the whole she-bang sent to Buffalo?
Do we just write, "Buffalo, NY, USA" in the location of office, and then what would we type in for "Name of office where the application was submitted"? 

So sorry for these silly questions.

HI! About 30 days after my husbands medicals were received in Pretoria we got an email saying we should send his passport to Pretoria so they can issue the visa. Its there now, and we should know for sure in 10 days or so. From others I've also heard that once all the documents are there it goes very fast. Good luck!
