status not changed since 1 month

Dear expats

How long does it take to change status ?
our case was assesd in June for eligibility
final docs sent in on 15Oct by DHL by consultant they got confirmation that the packet was recieved
by London consulate.

I still do not see any change in status like processing when I check on the canadian site
consultant say it takes a while !!!
however on forum I haveread that people see change within  afew days

can any one advise the time it takes to change status and how long would it take thereafter.

Most offices take at least 1/3 months before anything shows up on Ecas.  Don't be so anxious, you have at least another 6-12 months to wait.

Hi Nonia

I sent my full application to london CHC on 03/10/2009 and they have received it on 05/10/2009.

Since then I am waiting for AOR, I know it take 1 to 3 month to change ECAS status but i can not understand process of AOR.

One of my frined application was received by London CHC on 02/10/2009 and since then he is also waiting for AOR.

Both of us ECAS status still same from CIO.

Anyone from who has submitted full docs in september/october in london CHC and got AOR, please update.
