Hi All,
 My file was transferred from Buffallo office to NEw Delhi Office on Feb 22nd 2010.
 I had received a letter from New Delhi office stating that they have started processing my file and I was able to see my status onlie till last week.

But today when I login to check my status I'm getting the below error message

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:


Can anyone please let me know if there is any problem with the status or is it a software glitch?

try to using your last name, surename or your name or your complete name.
lastname first name other name
I am using mu lastname with immi.filenumber DOB  birthcountry name its works good always.

 Thanks for the response, but i was able to check my status with my last name (it has 2 parts) till last week.
 Is there any change in the status that i'm not aware of or should i wait for some time to getthe status updated by CIC.

as far as I know CIC update database depends on your visa office, mostly centralized database of CIC update every week and mostly on Tuesday of everyweek, thats my observation (nowhere is mentioned about update of CIC website e-case).
keep looking E-case if you know that you send your docs before 2months nothing update from somany days that you checked for example before 15days OR you know that the time is near to get something new on your E-case status means after long time you dont get any update and you found that some people with same application date which you filled they get something on e-case from same CHC then keep eyes on e-case status check. Generaly I checked once in week mostly on every thursday of the week for my e-case status update.

 Yes as suggested by you I kept checking the status every week. It was good till last week but suddenly I'm getting thsi error message from last 3-4 days.
 I'm planning to write an email to the consulate.

 Can anyone please verify the email address for me?
