Status changed from InProcess to ApplicationReceived

Hello everybody

My status has also changed from "in process" to "application received". I had applied on 24th may 2008 under noc code 2132 mechanical engineer.
Its very confusing whether they will reject the application or process it furthr

Just wanted to inform all of you that the rumour of exemption (for those who applied after feb and before nov of 08) is simply not correct.
I recieved a letter from CIC today, saying that my application will not be processed and fee will be returned within few weeks. The reason is that my experience did not fall among 38 in the new list.
There were several threads in this forum about the possible exemption for those who applied between Feb and Nov, 2008. I also read this in their document released in May 09. Despite all of those, they are not considering those not in 38 list, and i am just relaying this fact to everybody interested.

great discussion guys, keep doin it, same thing happened to me, status changed from "In Process to File Sent to Nova scocia" etc......
