dear   sir

i  am   sure  that  a  letter   for  update   was sent  to you  but never  reached  to you
i  mean that letter   was  missed  due  to  mail  service

try to ask  the  mail service  in your  area

look for   an email  from  cic

i think  thats  the  cinareo

try   to  send   again  to your  local  visa  office
I join saedmahraan opinion, it doesn't sound good.
a "decision made" without a medical request = denial , in your case probably because the 120 days delay was over.

I hope am wrong...

hi,
same thing happens to me, my ecas status changes to withdrawn even my medical done on 3rd sep 09, i have applied under 3142(physiotherapist) even i recieved provisional acceptance letter then after 2 days got medical request, now i m also worried, one of my seniors said to me withdraw status for those who withdraw their case bcz of new fast track,
now any one have any idea what is happing??? is this due to unaccurate upgration of ecas???

my ecas initially was
eligibilty review complete by sydney then to
in process

now only showing in process and withdrawn.

  Hi Saedmahraan,
Like you have said that maybe a letter was sent but it did not reach him,
If i had a suggestion to make to the  Visa officers i will suggest that when a letter is sent for an applicant they should also send an e.mail in case he does not receive the letter he will get the e.mail. The way Nova  Scotia is doing it now is very good, they send out e.mails to inform applicants about their application, If  this  is done it will avoid all these problems we are facing about missing mails.

Thanks

Canada for all.
