Status change Unclear???

Please Explain my Status Update

I applied under 0711 construction manangers in jan 2010.
I got file number march 5, 2010.(still using the same file number)


My first status was

1) " CIC Eligibility Review complete that was March 5, 2010". I also got the letter in the
mail from Cic Canada that it was successful based on the Ministerial Instructions and i should submitt complete application to local visa office.

I submitted complete application.



2) The second status now shows "Application Received by Visa office on July 2, 2010" AND
the first status has changed now to "DECISION MADE" the office will contact me
regarding the decision.

PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME BECAUSE I SUBMITTED was not asked to submit MEDICALS???

Well, either your file is rejected or there is a system error.

Don't jump to conclusions until you get official correspondence from your VO.

I am qualified based on the review from cic. However my job noc 0711 construction manager  was on the first 38 high demand job.  is no longer on the 29 list.

Ya that could be the reason, but like previously said, Ecas doesn't show the right status most of the times and if any doubt, drop a query to your CHC and ask them same. They would be able to clarify that to you.

It's ok. Your app will be reviewed based on the NOC list that was in effect on the date of submission. If it was the 38, then you should be fine. No worries.

That could be an error or I am afraid, that could be a refusal. But its better to wait for their letter or send them an email if you did not receive a letter in 10 days

      In my opinion ecas is not given correct information, in my case ecas is showing decission made since last three weeks and I just recieved my 2nd AOR from London today, don't worry, all will be ok.

That is an error. The statements above are not in the normal order we used to see for people that got decision made status before.

Do not worry, most probably is a system error.

Ambi, you have two options. The first is to  wait patiently hoping that this is an error and would be corrected over the next few weeks. The 2nd option is to do a case specific inquiry to your VO quoting your reference number. I
advise you exhaust the 1st option before the 2nd as a lot of forum members have witnessed correction in the online status without case specific inquiries.
