I have a status change yesterday it changed to application recived by delhi chc can anyone help how long will it take to get medical request.

Could you please let me know about AOR you recevied from chc delhi, you got it in email or by post? and what is the content?
I sent in september and status is still recevied by visa office but no AOR.

Mine is still rec by visa office dont know why is it taking so much time..its now 3 months almost....just will wait till this weekend...then will email them. I just pray everything is fine. What about others. |

Does the period of 30-90 days for receiving the PPR start from the date of medical receipt by the visa office or from the deadline for final submission of docs.
In my case i was asked for further docs in addition to the medicals.I hv submitted my medicals by the 3rd week of Oct'09 and submitted my docs by the 1st week of Nov'09.The deadline which they gave me for all this was the 18th of Nov'09.
Pls,if somebody can clarify on this.

When did they start processing your file it must be written can you share just want to analyse and compare my case, since my status changed on 16th Nov 09 and they said we started processing my file on 9th Nov 09 |

Congrats Rocky....i was out of station for a couple of days, thats why delay in responding. My application started processing on 02nd of November. Still i have not received medicals and PPR. I am a bit anxious now...

Harsh, So sorry to hear. Can you elaborate bit further, provide your timelines, what stage did you get your rejection letter etc. For benefit of others can you also share the exact content of the letter. No sympathy can relief the pain you are going through, but i am sure there is something better instore. And also the key to success is, as we all know try, try and try again you will get success. They simply wrote that your experience certifcate is inconsistent with appointment letter and you doesn't fullfill the 1 year in service criteria.
Astonishing part is I am in same service from last 20 years, I dont know how they reached to this conclusion.
However can you suggest me What I should do Next???

Rocky.. My NOC is 0711..construction manager... my timelines are same as i mentioned previously... AOR from N.Delhi on 1st sep...status changed to Received by visa Office.. Then changed to Visa Office Eligibilty Review Complete on 27th oct. My consultant got letter of rejection dated 19th Oct on 30th november. Rocky my consultant is guiding me for Court Case in Canada...Is this will be wise decision or I should re-apply?  Harsh.. |
