i think its too early you are expecting PPR..becuase after revised forms they will take atleast 15-20 days

Hi,
I recd the request for additional docs namely Landing fees and passport photos on aug'11,09.I submitted them in the last week of aug'09.
My ecas status as under:
Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on March 16, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 28, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on April 1, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on August 11, 2009.
My question is:
1.Does this mean no more docs from my side.
2.Normally Medical request and landing fee request is made at the same time.But in my case i m still waiting for the medicals.Does anybody know about this.Any expereince,pls share.
3.How much time will it take for the medicals from now onwards.
Visa office – London Under NOC category.

Well it only comes when they have received the complete documents in one go. But they asked more additional in your case. Do not worry, I think since its been almost 2 months now, you shall be receiving the medicals soon maybe next week. |

My consultant told me that i hv recd the medicals but they hv asked for PCC,which i need to ascertain as to what exactly they want and will let you know.

Hey Guys,
I am a UAE resident and applied from here through a consultant (Premiers Management Consultancy). My local visa office is London.
Initial Application Sent = March 26th (NOC 0111)
AOR (File No) and Full App Request Recd = April 10th
Docs Submitted = July 23rd (Till this time my e-cas showed "Initial Eligibility Review Complete by CIC Sydney, NS')
AOR (2nd File no) Recd on = Sep 11th
Since then my e-cas status is "In Process''
Which is contrary to some others. As should be 1- Received by Visa Office and Then 2- In Process. (Plz correct if I am wrong)
What should I expect next and When?

Sent to Nova Scotia - June 1st week
Recieved Email - July 8th
Full Application to Buffalo - Oct 13th
Keeping fingers crossed - Ever Since.
From the processing times listed in the website, I see that Buffalo is not too bad. Their timelines are pretty decent if not super fast.
So, that's the time it takes.
